Norfolk mobility hire

AVOID I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. The first scooter I had with them, with a full battery, broke down after 10 minutes despite it supposedly being a new battery. The scooter was swapped. The first and only time I used it I went up a curb as shown, the scooter tipped, the arm rest flung up and I fell out dislocating my shoulder. After 5 months of using the scooter twice I asked Ben if I could return it, but would continue to pay for the remainder of the 6 months. Ben took days to reply. It was only when I wrote a review saying I was having difficulty contacting, Ben messaged saying he would collect the scooter, but would I remove the review as it was bad for business. I came off Facebook for a while as Im struggling with my PTSD and anxiety levels, Im aware I owe him 30. But received an email today threatening a doorstep visit if I didnt contact. I have autism and severe PTSD and the behaviour and threats have made me incredibly unwell. I was given an unworking scooter, a rickety one which caused a severe injury and then have been caused severe mental distress! So I certainly wouldnt recommend Ben or the company.

I was really happy with the service I received, the scooter I hired was exceptional and far outweighed my expectations. I would hire from here again without hesitation.

Can not fault this company. Very quick to respond to questions and quick to fix any faults. Ben is an asset to Norfolk Mobility Hire.
