Watton Medical Practice

Totally lost faith in this surgery to be able to safely look after patients. I have been going here for over 23 years and never known it so bad. They fail to reply to requests sent by letter and put on incorrect information on your records. This could affect the treatment you will receive. Make sure you check your records.

I have given them one star as there are no negative stars, this surgery is the worst I've experienced in 50 years apart from inability to get to see a doctor, it takes an eternity to get through to reception just spent 40 minutes in a call queue only to get to number five before I decided to hang up. Only one word to describe this Practice. Disgraceful

Always happy with the care received here. I always hear back within the day after submitting a form online, which I prefer as opposed to having to be in a queue on the phone.

Good and bad experiences here I would imagine it's due to being a very busy surgery covering an ever-growing population in the location also a limited amount of doctors within the catchment area. Saw Dr. Mahatme very efficient and professional care much appreciated. Update when I visited today 15/06/22 in a bad way feeling very unwell with extreme blood pressure told to book via Internet as cannot make appointments in person Update its now virtually impossible to get an appointment after trying everything for two weeks this surgery is seriously in trouble......
