        After a consultation test on hair and patch test Went for a blonde colour. Asked 3 times if this would lift my natural brown hair and was assured yes. Went ginger. Manager said it was never going to work my natural hair was too dark shame the girl doing it didn't tell me that. Manager then suggested I go home and calm down then go back for some foils as if I am going to trust them with my hair again .cost me 60 to get corrected also had to lose 2 inches off the length as they had put colour on the already blonde hair and turned it into cotton wool. Couldn't get a comb through it even with a good conditioner. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE ADVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
