Given Barclays have announced the closure of the branch service will not be improving. The stated reason for closure was that Barclays had 12 regular customers only. This despite every visit involves queuing for 20 mins. So who are these phantom customers standing there sorting out stuff that cant be done online.

The worst customer service I have ever had... Disregard of the client's wishes...not comprehensive execution of banking operations,because they are constantly asking WHY.I waited in line for half an hour to replace the old money banknote with the new banknote.Do not change .I had to go to another barclais bank where there was no problem
