I suffered a seizure and broke my spine recently. I am in severe pain, cannot sleep, stress, and suffer from asthma and epilepsy. I booked an appointment with Dr loeffler and after 3 separate occasions, all I was told is "don't worry about it". I decided to book an appointment with Dr Shah hoping to receive actual medical treatment. How wrong was I. He offered paracetamol, and booked me for physio in the middle of nowhere. Bare in mind my back is broken. I explained how this would be difficult for me to do due to pain and mobility issues, and Dr Shah decided to say "what do you want me to do?". I also suffer from severe depression, and this kind of neglect from the only two doctors in this surgery just tells me how poor the level of service they give. Here's another example of the poor service - When the nurse rang me regarding my epilepsy, I tried to complain about the above. The response I received was "there's not much I can do about it I'm a nurse, i can tell him but it wont go anywhere". I then found out the nurse is Dr shahs wife... Running on neglect and nepotism, I would avoid this surgery like the plague
