Highly recommended. Can't fault experience start to finish. Simon is a genuinely nice chap and does business in the right way. Great customer service and car was prepped to a high standard including refurbishing the alloy wheels in a colour and finish of my choice. Took my car in part exchange even though it wasn't something he would normally stock. Really pleased with my BMW 5 series and to top it off Simon even upgrade my warranty for free! Wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

Simon was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. There was zero pressure from him and he gave knowledge and assurance with the car we purchased. He made me want to return to him in the future to purchase a car.

Simon Shield Cars is the place to go for your next car. I recently bought my latest there. I was really impressed with the service from the first enquiry through to purchase and after. My email and telephone enquiries were answered politely and promptly and made me feel confident to visit and view the car I was interested in. Simon knew everything about the car, answering my questions well. I was talked around it, shown where things were and how it worked. He also asked me questions to make sure I was looking at a vehicle that fitted my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no hard sell at all. He was a perfect passenger on test drive as well. Simon has been in contact since to make sure Im happy with the car. I know I can contact him any point should I need to. Really is personal service with a smile and a joy to find.

Just to say thank you to simon on the whole experience of buying my new car from him, he was relaxed/not pushy very professional and knowledgeable. Its good to know there is still some good used car dealers out there that are trustworthy and honorable . I would recommend anyone to use simon to find their dream car i certainly did and will do in the future
