If could I would give zero stars. Waist of money and time. No communication and they making their own decisions without considering costumer requests. Placed request in March still nothing.

Never answer the phone . Never answer emails .. Had my medical records 2 months and nothing .

Applied that was ok never read the reviews , should have , got my report their doctor filled in the form making up conditions I dont have. I had a report from another company a few years ago it was fine and truthful. This doctor writes like a child . I was going to complain whats the point. Use another company . What I think their doctor does is read your medical info, then decides to add his own conclusions on your file. Its written as if he/she is against shooting . He had given me epilepsy and a drink problem. None of which is true , I was flabbergasted. He overrules consultants decisions and add his own . My advice stay away

Absolutely appalling. Again as everyone has said they took months to get it to me. The handwriting on the form was worse than a young child and most of it is not even readable. 3 attempts to write the word pressure scribbled out and still spelt it wrong. When paying good money and waiting so long, you would expect a well presented form written properly. Comments on the certificate are not a true reflection of my medical records and could be misleading. Absolutely TERRIBLE company.
