        Acted for a buyer in a recent conveyancing, and it was by far the worst experience with dealing with a law firm. When the seller contacted them to understand what the issue was and how to best reach an amicable solution, the response was short and rude and before an explanation was given, the line was cut off. The transaction never materialised.
