Medical staff and receptionists are absolutely lovely but it is incredibly hard to contact them in the morning. You need to contact them before a certain time else you will not be seen by medical staff that day - I often call them 20+ times in an hour or two, just to be left with the message "line busy" every single time I attempt to call. I do not think I am the only one with this issue but I am unsure. It is very frustrating and can easy be fixed with a better queing system or an additional support staff. If I cant get through to them before a certain time then it would have all been for nothing. Often times this inturrupts my morning routine as I have to wait by my phone for hours attempting to contact about a medical concern (I start directly at 8.30AM in hopes I will be the first one, but often times dont get through until past 10AM) They are all very kind and helpful though once you can get through. I have no concerns about their characters or competencies, they are wonderful, my reservations only regard how difficult it is to contact them.

Amazing service from reception to the dr I saw, same day emergency appointment and was super quick to call back. Can't fault the team at all!
