I have been buying from this sale room for several years now , I feel very confident to leave bids with them as they are an extremely honest auction house, a rare find these days. Great service offered when you consign items for sale , having been very satisfied with their results .

I should point out that I didnt attend the auction today (11/01/2023) nor did I bid on the lot I was interested in or even purchase anything. All that declared I felt the interaction with the sale room manager Robert Morris was worthy of commending. First of all he responded to my condition report request within 12 hours of me sending it and with excellent photographs depicting exactly what I had asked. Importantly this was the day before the auction. I conversed with him about the lot which contained a few items which I was interested in but a lot I wasnt. I live a distance away and when I mentioned probably having to pick them up he immediately offered to separate the lot, posting the few items I was interested in and offering to either resell the items at the next auction or consigning them to the charity shop for me. I realise this is his job but it doesnt always happen like that and as the lot went for about 10 x the estimate I didnt buy it BUT that is probably due to the background work done at the auction. Posting, by the way, for the three ceramic items offer of 20. Deserves credit!!

Excellent auction house.From initial contact for condition reports to receiving my items.Faultless service with reasonable very professional packing.Items were won on Wednesday in my shop on Friday.Up there with the best of them.Many thanks for toy care and service.This auction house actually earns its commission.
