Very high quality, professional work. The Sitting Duck Company helped us with our extension and guided us through the process including getting planning, building regs and build over. They also offered advise on other areas relating to building control. Our builder is starting in a few weeks time and is happy with all of the info provided.

Eddie has been a pleasure to work with. He was easily contactable from the word go, knowledgeable about his craft and really helpful. Following our first meeting he was able to design a bench for our school that fitted our very specific needs, incorporating reclaimed wood into a semi circular bench. Even though the job threw up multiple obstacles to delay progress, Eddie completed the work to a brilliant standard within the time frame agreed upon. Eddie was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond expectations in the design of our home and extension. He took time to understand our requirements and mapped out a number of viable options, explaining the pros and cons of each. He completed a detailed drawing of the existing layout and once we had decided on our preferred option, he completed the detailed drawings for planning. He progressed our planning application quickly and we soon gained approval to start the work. He also helped us at short notice when the council requested a build over agreement be put in place. Throughout the whole process Eddie was approachable, friendly, easy to contact and his work proved to be of excellent quality. We are so happy with the design we chose which has made our home so much more open, light and more functional. I would highly recommend him.

I can highly recommend Eddie at The Sitting Duck Company. I have used him for two jobs so far, the first was to build a bespoke custom made bed with wardrobes underneath and custom made desk and shelves. The area he had to work with was a small box room, but from the design stages and consultation through to the build, his craftsmanship excels as well as his professional and personal service that he offers. The second job was a bespoke custom made covered pergola which has been beautifully constructed and is by far is our best home improvement we've ever made as its has given our large family in a small house gain an extra large extension of the house. It has enable us to enjoy more family quality time in a very relaxed and spacious environment. I look forward to Eddie completing more projects of ours in the future.
