        ordered 6 boxes of 48 mugs ,turned up with 1 box totally destroyed , look like it had be run over, and was repackaged by dpd, also some others were broke in the other boxes, 52 in total, left a message with them with the "we will be back in 24hr" bit (joke) asking if they could send replacements as this was for a order, well 2 weeks later ,9 e mails ,countless times trying to ring, and nothing, so now having to go through our business insurance for breach of contract. Totally useless customer service, had to buy elswewhere to help replace the order ,and customer wasnt happy, will probably lose that ,a 5000 a year customer, expect a call from the insurance solicitors, stay away

        I bought a mug press, used it twice and it stopped working. Cost me 230 CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!! NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! NOBODY REPLIED TO MY EMAIL!!! What's the point!!! I BET I GET A REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE THOUGH....SAYING HOW THEY DON'T LIKE UPSET CUSTOMERS....I TELL YOU WHAT, CHASE THIS ORDER NUMBER UP AND GET BACK TO ME IF YOU WANT TO KEEP ME HAPPY...Order No. #126057
