Unfortunately the very helpful ladies in the store were let down by my order arriving wrong. And then taking 3 weeks to re send. Very poor.

Photographer not great at taking pictures of my toddler didnt have patience and unable to use skills to distract him from the bears to get a good picture only benefit is it was free. Great picture of my 9 year old.

I went to your Wath branch this morning and had a terrible experience due the total ignorance of your staff 2 females it was 10 20 before I could be served as the manageress had not yet turned up for work and the equipment couldn't be switched on to which the female that was there said not my problem when the so called manageress appeared she was obviously put about having to come to work I have my own business and have had for 26 years I wouldn't let those two run a tap for me let a lone my business think they need training in manners and people skills

I have recently used the shop at Wath upon Dearne and Kamila was very very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend her.
