Depends what staff are working, can be a bit negative at times. Just to add they never seem to txt my wife to pick up her mothers medication, she has to ring them just for them to say "oh it's just come in this morning", there is a date on the box

Honestly this has got to be the worst pharmacy in Wath the time waiting then prescription not ready even though you get your text message the one star is too much

The hub is clearly NOT working. Meds are never back in time it's 48 hours for a script to be processed i had to take my scripts elsewhere my partner is very ill on lifesaving meds and the scripts weren't back from the hub. They didn't even have stock in store of meds we had run out of. Staff never know what they are doing would rather talk amongst themselves that serving customers. Some poor person will end up dead waiting for meds from this chemist. Ended up having to go to another chemist .. And now it looks like they have taken on parcel deliveries. I'm sorry but you need to get your chemist sorted before being a post office.
