Staples Opticians Rotherham

My elderly mother was in immense discomfort and her regular opticians could not "fit her in" for months. I contacted Staples who kindly saw my mother the same day. She has cataracts in both eyes, she was assessed and a referral was made for surgery which has been swiftly carried out already in one eye. We are now waiting for the second eye to be done which will be in the new year. Thankyou Staples for helping my poor mum, she was in so much discomfort and is now on the mend. Xx

Would definitely recommend. Wonderful service, attention to detail and a lovely range of frames. If you are looking for a truly comprehensive service, knowledgeable staff who take the time to understand your optical needs and reasonable prices, you cant go wrong. Wont be going anywhere else now, so glad I chose to go to them.

I have used this opticians since i was a kid. My family use them too. Always thought it was lovely. The staff are a little pushy when it comes to choosing glasses. I have social anxiety so nearly every time i come out with glasses i cant afford or dont like because i feel pressured. Anyway I arranged an appointment for my partner, the appointment was wednesday. Tuesday they confirmed the appointment. I was told 2:30. Which i wrote down as she said it. Anyway Wednesday was a nightmare we ended up having to rush to wath with our baby. Anyway once we get there we was met with a very rude woman. Who i have seen many times and i have always thought her snotty and rude but Wednesday she was very rude. She was condescending. She told me my partners appointment was at 2. I tried to say i must have been given the wrong time but she shut me down. She spoke to us very poorly. There was a young woman in the waiting room, she clearly was uncomfortable by the woman, and how she spoke. I had brought my partner a new customer and when we left he said I definitely dont want to go back there. I agree. Me and my family wont be back. Disgusting behaviour towards customers. I have heard the same from friends. Staples

Wow I've used staples for a few year now with my son his glasses got broke at school yesterday my wife went down and within 10 minutes he had new glasses and he was chuffed to bits excellent service fantastic staff wouldn't go anywhere else 100% stars all the way x x
