Vicky and Deborah were both extremely helpful- advising according to our individual needs. They were very patient with me as it took a while to get the required documentation together as I have a small child and my husband is self employed. Deborah informed me what was needed and helped to keep me organised, giving me prompts when required. They communicated well and kept me up to date. Vicky was honest and gave a variety of suggestions. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from Vicky and Deborah. Initial process and next steps clearly explained, timely and appropriate communication at all stages of the process. Available and appropriate remortgage options for our particular situation were made easy to understand. Constant follow ups done with me and the legal team to ensure all parties were constantly aware of what was happening A very stressful task made to look very easy by Vicky and Deborah, would highly recommend.
