I ordered a chair for my elderly father who has issues with mobility, the team at self sure were professional from start to finish & I couldnt be more thankful. My dad had issues finding comfort on his old furniture due to his back but he has told me on many occasions how his new chair is helping & not adding to the aggravation and pain. We had a delivery around a week ago and when the chair turned up my dad felt that it was too small for his lounge area. I contacted self sure who went above and beyond, they delivered a bigger chair and collected the smaller one free of charge with zero hassle. Thanks for your help the self sure team, I will certainly be back if I need you guys again.

Would love to give 0 stars. This company calls quite regularly using pressure sales tactics to sell equipment or services to elderly/disabled people that they either don't need or cannot afford.
