I had the lovely Ross visit today under a Homeserve job, he could not have been more knowledgeable helpful and professional. Advised me about the issue of a shared drain and cleared my blockage promptly. He has also arranged for the pipe to be fully repaired so the issue doesn't recur - I can't thank Ross enough for his fabulous service and would definitely call Homeserve/DTS again in future. Excellent service, cant fault. Problem with access to roof but Dean and Adam resolved this and were able to complete the job. They were both extremely professional and courteous throughout, very nice blokes as well.
