Disgraceful company been behind one of their drivers appaling driving then when he pulled up was going to block my driveway. Heard this common with this company not professional and the management need to sort this as staff behaviour reflects on the company.

Appalling customer service, getting shouted at down the phone after having had an accident. It's not surprising their ratings are so low. Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolute joke of a company.. My car was stored with these clowns in the middle of winter for 3 weeks with 2 smashed windows. They didnt have the common courtesy or sense to cover the windows to protect the interior from the elements and when asked why they didnt cover them up their response was no one told us to. Why West Yorkshire police continues to use them is bizarre as they shouldnt be in business

Absolute clowns working there. Avoid at all costs. Rude, arrogant, disrespectful and patronising staff talking over you the whole time and making up lies as they go along. This is not the last time youve heard from me.
