Oasis Hot Tubs and Spas

Bought a hottub from them as they were a family run business and they prided themselves in the aftercare support...well they have closed down and they don't reply to emails, calls on the mobile number (that still rings), or text messages. Very disappointing, never got a warranty or documentation either. Lesson learnt, buy expensive items from reputable big companies.

I was having trouble with the water in my hot tub so I went to seek advise from Oasis spas. I found the staff extremely friendly and very professional in helping me. I was told to bring a sample of water in and they would electronically test it and find out what the problem was. After my sample was tested I was told what I needed and I now have clear water again. I would highly recommend this company and staff to anyone who is looking to buy are need help with their hottubs.

Absolutely amazing service. Its rare to find a family run business with such high standards and customer support these days. I didn't even buy my Hot Tub from Oasis Hot Tubs and Spas but after my visit, I felt very much as if I did. Highly recommended for all your Hot Tub sales and support.
