        Fab ladies, very knowledgeable and helpful about the products they sell. Postage service during Covid. We popped in and even had our pups nails cut ... while you wait 5*

        I visited the shop recently with my little show Cocker Spaniel for some advice on changing her diet as I'd been told the owners were very knowledgeable. They certainly were! They talked me through the options available and the how they could help my Cocker. I wasn't sure how to go about changing her food, but they talked me through that as well, and left me feeling really reassured. I ended up buying more than what I'd gone in for - treats, shampoo and coats too, being as it was such a positive experience! Max and Lynn who own Krazee K9s were very friendly and clearly massive dog lovers - my Cocker's tail didn't stop wagging the whole time we were there because of all the fuss. This is definitely my new 'go to' place for all doggie essentials and I'd happily recommend it to anyone

        Fabulous shop with lots of choice of excellent food and treats for my dogs. Really knowledgeable staff who are very helpful, highly recommended

        Visited as their website and raw group stated they sold The Dogs Butcher and JR treats, got to the shop and was informed they no longer sell either and just hadn't updated the sites.... The quality of the products they have in is not of the same standard, the raw food is bitty and very dry which my dog did not like, also expensive. I purchased Leucillin spray from the shop, I tried to use this when I got home but it was leaking and discoloured. It seemed to have been tampered with, I noticed the batch and expiry date label had been removed from the bottle and sticky residue left behind! I contacted the shop about this and they admitted it wasn't the first faulty bottle.... yet were still selling them? The shop didn't offer me a refund or replacement.
