Forever Sewing

ordered 2 months ago and was told numerous times ill have an update on my order and im still waiting!! also dont contact them by email as they told me they dont have access to their emails. customer service is a joke

I've ordered off forever sewing a few times and quality is good but I ordered over 2 weeks ago, still haven't received my item, haven't any emails with updates and noone replying to me through Instagram.

AVOID!! Do not buy from this company! I placed an order end of January 22, I chased end of March for status on my order and no response for 4 weeks, they replied mid May that the fabric is out of stock so I requested a refunded as had already been waiting 4 months. They said refunded was issued on 20th May -still no refund by end May -after chasing endlessly by email and Instagram-(shocking customer service) I then requested a credit note beginning of June as last resort for any sort of response and it was issued within 5 days! (So making me reorder with them and keeping my money) So I ordered 2 items beginning of June and today 9th July only 1 of the items has arrived (yes another 1 month waiting for delivery), Im now going the vicious circle of trying to get in contact with them for an update on the other item! Im sure il get no response! What a Scam of a company!

Ordered 4th of December.. still have not received my order. Customer service has not helped resolve this whatsoever have been told Id get a tracking number soon that was on 6th of January. Its now been two full months waiting, one of the items I ordered was 0-3 months which probably wont fit by the time my order comes if it ever does come.
