I would just like to thank Clare Moore for her professionalism In helping me with my phobia.I had suffered with the phobia since I was 5 years old after an event in primary school and it had got much worse as the years have gone by making my life difficult.When I went to see Clare she made me feel so at ease and reassured.After our initial discussion Clare came up with a plan of action and now I no longer suffer my phobia and I'm so grateful to clare.I would recommend her to anyone, she really has helped change my life.

I was recommended Clare by a friend. I was at my lowest ebb when I started my sessions with Clare. My anxiety had taken over my daily life to the point where I struggled to leave the house in fear of having a panic attack. After just the initial telephone consultation with Clare I felt more positive and relieved someone understood how I was feeling and thinking. Clare tailored the sessions to my individual needs and in just a short period of four weeks of CBT/Hypnotherapy I feel like a new, more confident person who isnt afraid of anxiety and can now use the tools and strategies given to me to lead a full and happy life. I have asked for Clare's support on two occasions. Last year Clare worked with me on my addiction to sugary foods after overcoming anorexia years ago. Due to not being weened off the high fat/ sugary foods my diet was sprialing out of control. She also worked with me on having an open mind to try new foods. This is something that I really struggled with as I had a very resticited diet. Only a few sessions later I didnt have the need to eat sugary foods and tried foods that I would have never throguht of trying. Clare not only used hypnotherapy with me but also used mindfullness eating and coaching. It waa life changing! I recently contacted clare again to see if she could help me through my anxiety to pass my driving test. I was a very anxious and lacked confidence. Even the thought of the test made me feel sick and become sweaty. After two sessions Clare had helped me to have an open mind, be aware more and it eventually reduced my nerves. I went in to the driving test with slight nerves but a lot of excitement and passed! I can't reccomend Clare more, she is amazing! Thank you so much for your support!

I contacted Clare because I was struggling with anxiety surrounding upcoming exams. I was overwhelmed and struggling with perpetuating negative thoughts and stress. Clare used a tailored mixture of mindfulness, talking therapy and hypnotherapy to help me get to the root of my anxiety. Shes helped me see things in a different light and I have a greater understanding of how my thoughts work. This change in perspective has meant I am no longer overwhelmed by my anxiety. I feel a lot more positive and comfortable in my life after my sessions with Clare and I was able to succeed in my exams with her help, I really cant thank her enough. Clare is a really knowledgeable, approachable and kind individual and I highly recommend her services for anyone struggling with anxiety. Thank you ever so much Clare x

I contacted Clare to enquire about having hypnotherapy sessions to help me to understand and overcome anxiety. I was becoming increasingly anxious in particular settings and these anxious feelings were having a greater impact on all aspects of my life. I was feeling exhausted, hopeless and afraid of what each day would bring. Clare used a mixture of talking therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness to help me to understand where these feelings were coming from and to become more aware of the impact on my mental and physical wellbeing. The sessions worked to build my confidence and trust in myself to accept my feelings, and to move beyond these to become a calmer, more positive me, and to tackle obstacles/issues in a more objective, rational and centred way. In just a few weeks I was feeling much more at ease, confident, stronger and happier. Clare is an amazing, knowledgable and caring therapist. She put me at ease immediately with her friendly and approachable manner. I felt that Clare really understood how I was feeling and what I was experiencing, and tailored the therapy to my needs. I recommend Clare to anyone seeking therapy for anxiety, and for other conditions/issues. Thank you Clare!
