Called yesterday at 8.02am for a call back for my daughter who had a temperature of 39.5, bad chest & suffers with recurring tonsillitis. Was told a doctor would call me back, heard nothing all day. Been trying to get through since. Cant physically speak to anyone and completely wasted a day waiting to hear something. I appreciate the NHS is under a lot pressure right now but to leave a poorly 3 year old all day without any call back as promised isnt acceptable.

Can not fault most of the surgery all lovey but one doctor that been there for years as long as I can remember at 46 years old need to go back n Learn bedside manner i would never choose to make an appointment with this doctor apart from having no choice recently.rude arrogant.

I cannot thank nurse Mrs Bryony Wylie enough. I went in for an emergency appointment and from the second of walking into her room, nurse Wylie put me at ease, examined me and explained what the problem was. She have me a prescription and said she'd ring to see how I was. She's solved the problem and put me at complete ease with her friendliness and most importantly, expertise. I feel very lucky to be a patient at this surgery.
