The company scammed me. I ordered a carpet 3 by 4 meters. They sent 2 on 6.5. In order for me to return it, I need to pay 49 pounds out of my own pocket. Deceivers and liars!

These are cowboys to be avoided, hiding behind internet names like Online carpets they make false promises, false delivery dates to draw you in, then they dont perform. Giving excuses and hiding behind alleged small print in their terms and conditions. They had no interest in resolving the problems they caused me, and just wanted to hang on to my payment. I should have checked their reviews prior to using and then I would have definitely avoided them.

Beyond fuming I have been sat about waiting for a call back about my flooring being delivered and the staff on the phone have said they will get somebody to call me back but NOTHING! Totally and utterly disgusted I will never ever ever use this company again they are a joke such mess arounds they just dont care about the customer its quite simple

Don't bother unless you are unemployed or retired. Wasted three days waiting in for them to screw things up and been delayed time after time. First turned up with wrong carpet then on next order turned out they can't measure carpet was short by almost a full meter, rushed back from work on the understanding if I picked a different carpet theyd fit it next day. Waited in all following day decided to tell me at 2pm they couldn't fit me in until following weekend. So that's four and a half days pay lost to fit one carpet. In end I cancelled and got a much nicer one for less money. Cowboys
