Sub Zero installed AC into two rooms for me. They were very responsive to queries answering them in detail promptly. Craig came out to visit my address to complete a survey to be able to provide me with a full quote of two different options that were available to me. Not all companies do this (so how they can provide an accurate quote is beyond me). They turned up on time and got on with the job in a professional manner completing the job the same day. Trunking was used so everything looks neat and tidy as well as protected. They even cleaned all their mess and put my mirror back up for me. Highly recommend these guys!

After two years contemplating air conditioning for the home we finally decided to go ahead. We knew this company was local and had good reviews. From the first contact the communication was excellent. Craig arrived punctual for the quote, discussing the installation and fully explaining the systems recommended. We chose the Mitsubishi Zen in white and had 3 units fitted. The fitters Danny and Tom were excellent, punctual, respectful, very clean and tidy workers. The communication throughout was brilliant, checking before the units were in place both inside and out. Instructions clear on how to use, even talking us through adding the app to our phones. It has been a pleasure to have Subzero to fit our air con, we can now put all the fans away and await another heatwave. We would highly recommend this company its a 5 From us.
