Having had to wait almost eight months for the installation, once fitted there were leaks in 3 bottom corners and the roof, they returned to fix the leak in the roof but the lower leaks I had to resolve myself as they did not return to site having paid for everything.

I purchased a large sliding door (Visioglide plus) and matching window (Slide 2000) from Windo Wise Trade. The salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and patient with my layman queries. We had a slight hiccup in the glass fitting which Window Wise resolved very quickly. Their turnaround time for the project was also relatively quick, so that helped avoid delays in the project. Really happy with the end product and when it comes to the amount of money these items can cost, it was reassuring to deal with an honest and professional firm, I have no hesitation in recommending them. Window wise completed a follow up appointment a few years after the initial installation to fix a faulty wheel. The visit was covered under their warranty of 10 years and there was obviously no charge and has fixed the issue!
