I used NA Installations for a complex glass extension on a Grade II listed residential building. A previous company was unable to fulfil the requirements of the design which was dictated by the listing. The project took some time and wasnt without complications. However, Andreis communication was excellent throughout and all of the team involved were fantastic. The price was competitive and did not change from the original quote. All snagging was attended to after installation. Very highly recommend and I am thrilled with the final result.

Very unethical company, that installs windows, and then, when asked to come and snag the multiple issues with their product, cites / refers to a fictional "User Manual" that they cannot prove they issued. When challenged, they become aggressive and threatening and refuse to fix windows that won't open or have fallen out of their frames. Would not recommend using under any circumstances, especially if you are a larger company needing a large job.

Would never use this company again. Please note all of the 5 star reviews seems to be by related people to the company, including the Director of the company Andrei has written his own review about his company! Do not instruct them on works as they are extremely unhelpful and when arriving to do installations cite spurious reasons to cover their own shoddy level of work. Following on from the comment by the company below, stating they had never hear of us - we certainly engaged them to deliver what was a significant job for our company. If Andrei is unsure of the aggressive stance he took, we can post the numerous screenshots of his language and threats to us, as we requested window snags were corrected and he made multiple excuses to avoid coming to do the work, as per the contract he had engaged in. Second Edit - We know that you know how you have behaved and how your aggressive threats were not fair to the (3!) companies you affected on site. Given your threats and refusal to correct your own snagging issues, at the moment I do not feel safe to provide the company's name, but you are well aware of this, and the other companies may have made this clear to you. I am writing this report so that you do not threaten and bully other small companies and so in future when you think about leaving poorly fitted windows, you may re-consider your unscrupulous approach, and actually fit your products correctly. If you require further substantiation, I can post all of the emails and threats you sent to our company and evidence of the way your company in these reviews online for you to see what you wrote, if you have forgotten? Alternatively, I suggest you withdraw from threatening your customers, to avoid completing your works as per contractually agreed. A simple and honest apology acknowledging your approach was unfair and that you were evading correcting snagging is all that is required.
