Just picked up my dream car from Palmers Citron with the help of Kris. He was great, he made sure that the car I bought had everything that I wanted and needed. The process was easy from start to finish! Would recommend this company to anyone.

My less than 3 yr old car which is still under warranty has a Radiator leak which resulted in me having to top up my coolant every 2 weeks Called Palmer Watford ( where I bought this car and also has a service plan with them) 2 times to resolve this matter . First time I send the car they promised to do a diagnostic but did not do it instead the just flushed the coolant and top up with new coolant and told me there was no leak. Second visit 2 weeks later again with the same complaint that my coolant has run out again and was told by their manager that radiator replacement is between 700-800. I reminded them that the car is still under warranty but the manager said it was highly unlikely that its a manufacturer fault and most probably external leak caused by stones damaging the radiatorhow he came up with this by only doing a pressure check is beyond me. As I dont have the money to get a new radiator at that moment. I asked if theres anyway they could check that the fault can be covered by my warranty. The manager said they have to open the front part of the car to investigate and that would involve labour fee of between 200-300. At this point he was very sure that the fault is caused by external damage and its not covered by warranty. As I did not have the money I chose not to proceed the kind manager adviced that I can just top up my coolant every week until Im ready to replace the radiator.. I went to an independent garage for 2nd opinion and was told that theres no way my radiator leak was due to external damage and was adviced to go back to Citroen as my car is still under warranty Decided to sent my car to a different Citroen Dealership for a 3rd opinion they took my car found that my ABS system has failed and confirmed radiator leaks and there was NO DAMAGE . Parts were ordered and replaced within 24 hrs and no payment needed as everything was still under warranty. I have cancelled my Service Plan with Palmer Watford and will never go back to them !!!!
