I came across this company online as I was searching for a car. I decided to pay them a visit and received exceptional customer service. Rosco was very helpful with no pressure into buying. Told me everything I needed to know. Was quoted a fair price and rosco made the collection of the car suit me with also putting the car on reserve for me prior. Within a couple of hours after collection I received an email explaining what I needed to do next in order to have my car on the road incase I didnt know. Would definitely recommend on without any hesitation and would 100% buy again. Very happy. Thank you !

Bought my Mini Cooper from Ross at Blackrock Motors, he delivered it free, he was then given the spare original keys by the previous owner and duly posted them to me. Great service, lovely person.

I dont know if Ross was aware that the van he sold us had a cracked AdBlue tank which will cost over 1000 to replace. It could be an unlucky coincidence that the warning light came on within five minutes of driving away. However I think its fair to say that although he seems a nice guy you cant rely on him to do a thorough check of the vehicles he sells so if you are considering a purchase from Blackrock Motors getting your own thorough check of mechanics and bodywork is essential
