I booked cabs on app. Had to cancel two attempts as app identified my location in the wrong place and I had to put in an alternative address. Third booking arrived but was a van not the car I had ordered and it was 15 mins late. The cab Id ordered for 11.30pm that evening simply did not arrive despite the office saying they would chase and call me back about it. They didnt and I had to cancel. Thankfully I found a nearby Uber. NOW I have been charged for the two cancelled journeys and for one cab which did not arrive. In excess of 50. Its Sunday so theyve got my money and there is no one to speak to. I can only find an accounts email for their coach division. Absolutely appalling service.

Took a cab into work this morning and was told and approximate price, when i arrived at said destination the price was a bit less. Then i was told the price was fixed by the taxi driver and he wouldnt have no for an answer even though I even asked the person quoting me the price was an approximation originally. Just out to take more money than they are supposed to earn. 1/5. Service: Limousines
