        Have been using Articad for many years but came upon an instance where I was unsure as to how best to utilise the software to interpret a customer's requirements. Jacob was incredibly helpful and gave-up a lot of time to help me generate drawings which I wouldn't have been able to do without his expert advice. Big thank you to Jacob! :)
