hello ladies and gents , i had a very interesting experience today worth sharing , i went to asda timpson to get my broken key fixed and there was a guy called "Jeff" he looked at the broken key and said it cant be fixed and instead ,i have to change the door lock . point is he didnt even try and was offering me to get the door look change from them anyways i ran to other timpson outside the sainsbury's and asked that person if she can fixed the broken key called "Mani Moulia " now i didnt tell her that i arealdy have been to another timpson in asda .. i asked her Mani i know you are asian girl and i myself is asian and we never give up plz atleast try she laughed and took the keys and put them in key cutting machine and said cant make any promise lets see and she done it and i took the keys back home and it worked. moral of the story is there nothing personal and not being racist but there is lesson to learn about two employees of same company and same profession one has put efforts and wins and other didnt bother to try and caused disappointment .i would give 5 star to the employee called "mani "and one star to the company and that guy called jeff .

Very helpful and quick service. The guy working was from another store, stevenage I think so can't comment on normal service
