Orchid House Serviced Apartment

One would expect a review to stand as a benchmark for improvement to go above and beyond the point one is intercepted in the cycle of service. 22/09/2021 was one episode the manager of this self catered building should have taken notice. Granted I was within my right to question the validity of their 8.0 rating on booking. Com but was silenced in fact booking. Com rejected my review of this property. And here is what I wrote in all fairness not even a full refund was obtained on my behalf by booking.com or offered by the organisation. Absolutely appalled @booking.com and the management of this apartment. "Looking at the pictures one would expect that one would enjoy their stay with their family without a problem. Could have fooled me. Greeted by a half sleepy host on the phone. Hair was everywhere on the floor black blonde short curly. We dragged it as we walked through the rooms. The kitchen counters were stained and dirty. Gosh, I took pictures my kid's beds were riddled with hair mine too! And they want to charge me for checking straight out. I tried to make it work but after minutes of wiping down things heck, I wasn't going to blow my weekend. Calling the host again who wasn't bothered all she could answer was booking.com will sort you out. And now she won't even give me my money back!! Booking.com is the second visit you have failed to protect me from".
