brought a pair of safety wellies not a cheap pair in 4 months started leaking the switch board said to send them in would take a week to get an answer meaning out of work for a week or buy another pair just short of 200 quid
Quite frustrated went to the Watford store explained the situation to the store manager he could see the issue ordered a new pair in and allowed .me to keep the old boots untill new ones were in the store understanding people have to work unlike the switch board
My not to people avoid calling and deal with your local store
