        Although my mother, Mary Lennox was only at Chess House for 6 days before passing away, we felt that the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. I would thoroughly recommend their services and can't thank them enough

        This place is DIABOLICAL! Nobody speaks ENGLISH and the "nurses" are completely INCOMPETENT. the management is NEVER THERE to speak to, they don't call you back, they drop phone calls, they are A DISGRACE. I will be reporting this horifically mismanaged BUSINESS that calls itself a CARE home to the CARE QUALITY COMMISSION. If you value the life and quality of care of YOUR loved ones, DO NOT EVER PLACE YOUR TRUST IN THESE UNQUALIFIED UNCARING AMATEURS. Truthfully, they are DANGEROUS!

        The staff of Gade House have looked after our Mother for the past 3 years, until her passing 5 days ago. Viviana and her team are absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so grateful to them for the kindness and the care they gave Mum all the time she was with them. When the time came for Mum to finally pass, the staff were also amazing to myself and my sisters.
