Went down for my son birthday and was amazing food was really good and all the kids and parents they loved. Atmosphere was perfect. Thanks ruby sen and hannah for giving us the perfect birthday night.

I visited here this afternoon and had bacon fries which was great and some onion rings and they were served with spicy Mayo which just gave it that extra kick , would definitely come back.

Got a delivery from this restaurant and was amazing. Food quality is top, and even my Nan liked it! 5*

This is where the old Chiquitos was and walking in nothing has changed. Same seats, tables, decorations etc but not a bad thing. Like other reviews we didn't have the best customer service. The staff all seem to be very young and not very well trained. They were slow to take orders and slow to bring drinks over. The tables have QR codes to allow you to order and pay which wasn't working. A lady who I believe to be the manager was very good and helped as much as she could. Although they show different restaurants/menus I'm sure everything is cooked in the same kitchen by the same people. We ordered burgers from Fat Burgers...and they were some of the best burgers we have had. The burgers are very large and the chips are nice. Kids portion size is very good. The prices of drinks are also very good being close to pub prices. I believe the staff issues may just be teething problems as it hasn't been open that long but the food is what you are going for and I'll definitely be going back. Edit.....we have since tried ordering from Uber Eats which didn't go well. We ordered around 20.30 and expecting it around 21.30 however as the time got nearer the time kept adding 10mins. I called the number which was the driver around 10pm who said he was on his way to collect. However around 10.30 he called to say the restaurant hasn't done it and will refund. I won't blame the driver, clearly the restaurant either forgot the order of simply couldn't be bothered. Gave 5 starts originally but dropping 3 off for this.
