We enjoyed a great Easter Sunday Lunch. The Royal Oak is a lovely quiet spot on the Heart of Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire.

Booked this pub for a roast on the recommendation of others, however the food was enjoyed by most of my table, the service left a lot to be desired, Note to management if you think its acceptable to try and fool your customers by collecting the deserts you had accidentally left on another table for over 10 mins And then ask that table if they had touched them! I know this as I know the people on this table ! To then pretend to change them ! You only changed them when I pulled you up on it. ! side note both waitresses were seen laughing about what they were doing. I left a tip but only for the young lad serving today he was lovely, but madame with the Attitude and black hair, you personally could do with a lesson in customer service. If you think Im impressed with your attitude think again. If management need funds for this Im happy to chip in.
