    Just had the thai bang wings,excellent and delivery bang on time,try the buff buffalo wings too there excellent as well.

    Straight to the point. 5 stars on food no doubt. I have ordered from them many times and really enjoy their wings. Why 3 stars then? Well, the service I have to say really disappointed me for the last 2 orders I placed, especially my most recent ordered. Story time. The food came on time, Fab. But arrived damaged. Of course no food is packed damaged no doubt. But when I showed the driver, "what happened, you gave me my order in a damaged state." Instead of apologies the driver began to explain. "Its like this, it was this", etcetera. And he said thank you? Instead of sorry. I didn't know what to say or do at that point because I was so confused from his explanation. Bare in mind I did not give the driver any attitude or disrespect. Just asked, "what happened?". All I was hoping for or better yet wanted, was a Sorry. OK, okay. I get that these things may happen but this is a first for me from a place I've ordered many times. What is unfortunately true but annoying, is that if a customer has ordered food then it's also that restaurant and takeaways responsibility to make sure that they can insure to appoint drivers or drivers from like uber, just-eat, deliveroo that the food arrives intact. Why I say its their responsibility? It's because that company has chosen to use their services to promote and deliver food. Now moving on. As I was disappointed with that drivers response, I called the takeaway and explained what happened. And guess what? (If you guessed correctly great) I received the same reaction and explanation as the driver and received a thank you (confused once again). During the conversation I even spelt out SORRY for their mistake but the person just couldn't get the hint and kept saying thank you?? (When I did receive my order I did have the intention of saying I want a refund or discount but that intention changed after speaking to them on the phone.) I went to the point of saying, "im not looking for a discount (not that they even offered it) or anything like just wanted to let you know what happened" response "Thank you". Keeping in mind I was still being very respectful and kept my cool. The end. I never thought I'd write a review like this but, because of the lack of communication, I can't hold back and WANT to share this experience. Moving on to something a bit more positive. For those who want to try this place please do it really is a fantastic wings place seriously I do love it. But maybe best option is to collect or eat in person or if you can't then take a chance on delivery. THANK YOU

    Been ordering from here since we discovered it, and have been generally happy for the most part. Only once we were disappointed when the wings were cold inside. Not a nice surprise. Originally there were 8 wings per portion, which after a few months went down to 7 wings. Fair enough, inflation and what have you. Really disappointed today after ordering 3 portions of wings and seeing they are now down to 6 wings per portion! Bit sad

    THE BEST WINGS AND SERVICE...If I could give these guys a ten I would not only is all there wings, mac, chips just every thing spot on they are honestly the nicest guys .... after a bad experience with deliveroo and awful experience with deliveroos customer services, the wings factory went above and beyond to help out with my order I can't rate them enough.... if you haven't tryed then please do...honestly worth every penny and a lovely bunch of guys ...
