a woman talked to me and was really nice while i was talking to her about my trauma, depression, how i cant even get out of bed and terrible anxiety and all they said was after that was you just need career advice ? and theres nothing wrong (they couldnt be asked)

Dreadfully poor service from the staff here. Do not waste your time signing up, find alternatives! Was informed waiting time was 10-14 weeks ended up waiting almost 30 with appalling correspondence (sent several emails to hear nothing from multiple staff members, after they'd promise to call back the next day upon rarely reaching them...obviously no call backs). Wasted my time waiting 7 months for an appointment to be told I can no longer use their service. I could have spent this time successfully registering with an organising that actually works! I do NOT recommend at all.

Oh dear. They are not the worse service for mental health...but they see you temporary then refer you onto the worst services. Mental health help in Watford area is shameful
