Utter sham of a company. The agency we used, used this inventory company for the check out process. They didn't compare to the check-in inventory. No way was the check-out inventory as comprehensive as the check-in inventory, which was done by another company. We lost a significant amount of the deposit we claimed for. They noted that the property was clean, when in fact it was dirty. What's the point of having it professionally cleaned, if basic cleaning is good enough for the tenant, it's good enough for me then. Broken sockets were not noted, missing radiator pipes were not noted. Garden was overgrown and they said it was in good condition. The tenant left the property in a worse state to what it was at the start of the tenancy. Broken shower head was not noted. Bathroom and kitchen had heavy limescale but was noted as clean! Absolutely would not recommend this company for your check-in and check-out as they don't care about their work. What they state in the check out has a big impact to what you can claim for as the TDS will ALWAYS use this as a bench mark. Be warned.
