Longforte

Ordered a pink backpack for a customer. Followed the press instructions on the website it the sublimation failed contacted Longforte to explain what had happened. Was told to forward a photo which I couldnt do as it was already binned due to the failure of their product. Was told that they sell thousands of theres bags without any issues. Our business sells thousands of items a year as well but I would never ever claim that there was never as issue, you can get an unforeseen manufacturing fault due to mo fault of our business but we would always on the rare occasion this happens replace the item without question. This company shows no regard for customers at all and on a product they sell for under 10 to not replace it without question is reprehensible and extremely poor customer service. Just sorry I had to even give 1 star.

Good delivery, products fine but came up very small so had to return, when asked how this process worked had a super speedy reply from Dawn who was so helpful and friendly going above and beyond- thanks Dawn :-)

Shocking company, avoid at all costs. Brought a press in January stopped working already (August) the press cost over 500, their response is to return it on a pallet and they will have a look at it as it should be under warranty - at a cost to myself, being 8 months pregnant how am i meant to lift it... i run a business apparently other people can help. No offers for a replacement in the meantime until fixed. Shocking customer service, rude, inconsiderate people.

We use this company quite often for supplies for our small business and so far, they are providing good quality items and we haven't had an issue with them. Longforte are quick to deliver, the products are great and the experience is easy. The prices are also really reasonable.

This company has been great in their advice and service. I totally recommend them, our products came on time well packaged, the website is informative for sublimination and Anuj can answer any queries with ease! Great!
