Goodwood Parade Post Office

Very friendly couple and very helpful. I have read some of the other reviews and am quite surprised by the negativity. I have not experienced any rudeness at all from either of the couple. However, I have witnessed abrupt and rude approaches by some customers. This will inevitably put anyone's back up! If you want to he treated with respect then treat others with the same!

Went so many times in this shop in the last 5 years and I thought something will change in better direction and it is just getting worse. Both of people who are working there, gentlemen and lady, are really rude! I understand that we all have our problems and personal life, but you don't need to be consantly rude. Every time I come in the shop they are grumpy, unfriendly and not helpful. I came today to send a post, i had to send my old mobile as part of trade it and I asked gentlemen if he can help me. He just told me "You can do yourself". Also I asked him kindly to borrow me scissors to cut a paper, he said he doesnt have. Same for selotape. He told me I need to buy to use it. Which post office doesn't have scissors and selotape??? I felt really undervalued as customer and surprised. Even one customer saw what is happening and he came to help out. Lady is even worse. In the year of peak of Covid she refused to serve very sick customer, she has cancer or something serious. I love that area and i am often coming in that shop, next door caffe and everyone are friendly except this two. If you are reading this, please fix your attitude and treat people how you want to be treated. As I don't know what you are going through in life, you also don't know what i am going through or any of your customers. So please, be kind for once!

Eventhough the couple have been running the store for many years they still are unfriendly and not the most welcoming of shop owners. It can't be the language barrier anymore. By now they would have learn a bit of the good old British way of customer service - bit of conversation, bit of banter and joke, a bit of smile (the least) and if at all possible a cheery goodbye..

The service was terrible. The lady was extremely rude. They took my payment on the basis of providing me incorrect information about the post & packaging. When I requested a refund, she shouted at me and said I should deal with it that her tone was rude. Waited 30 minutes for a refund. Would not recommend.
