Watford Royal Mail Delivery Office

The staff here are great but they are never opened until the advertised time. Don't be fooled by what it says on Google. You could arrive and they have closed early.

Website and Google say open to 6pm. I made the 20 min journey in traffic on my only free day to collect my parcel and they are closed, no information or explination given. Staff on site not very helpful at all. Don't trust the website opening times.

Completely useless, would give zero if I could. Said they tried to deliver but nobody was home, which was a lie as I was home all day and received parcels from DPP. Went to their office to collect at 1pm, doors were closed, nobody at reception. I could see people through the window who chose to ignore me and the other costumers waiting in the rain. Don't know how I am supposed to collect the package now, very concerned!

I wish there was a way I could ban Royal Mail and never receive anything through their service anymore. Absolutely disgusted as every time I have to wait ages for a package I paid next day delivery for. The nr they have as contact nr is actually a robot so you cant even make a complaint. Im sorry but what are you striking for? Youre already being paid too much for doing NOTHING.
