Such poor management. They kept charging monthly fees 4 months after I quit. They apologized about it and promised me a refund ones but after I gave them my bank info, they stopped contacting me.

We used to take our girls here before lockdown and it was our favourite place to go in Watford. Sandra and her team are brilliant and keep the classes fun and exciting for the children. We hope to return one day

Just want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Just moved to Watford with my little one who turned one a few days ago. We had to plan his birthday very last minute due to this and Gymboree made sure to help me beginning to end!!! The amount of help and reassurance that I received is amazing. You can really tell that they genuinely are friendly and helpful and dont just do it because its their job. From the get go they have been nothing but friendly. We chose the class led party which was nothing short of amazing! All the little ones had such an amazing time. Gymboree went above and beyond to tailor it to suit multiple age groups which was fabulous. You can tell they 100% know what they are doing. When I had no idea in terms of decorations (also I was super late) they just stepped in, told me not to worry and just took over. That was a massive release- not only was I super exhausted from moving and planning all these parties, preparing food platters and baking his cake until 2am but I am also on the autism spectrum which I havent told them. A lot of things can quickly overwhelm me, but the way they handles everything was such a massive relief like all my stress had just been blown away. It went a million times better than expected although most of the mums turned up late (all first time mums). My baby absolutely loved it which convinced me to sign up to their classes. The area was massive and very spacious. Enough for little ones to explore and run around! We had a separate food area for after the class which was lovely for winding down. I cannot thank Gymboree enough for making my first babys 1st Birthday super special!!!
