Papa John's Pizza

Refrain from using St.Albans road, Watford. I have been a customer for many years. When they forgot my garlic pizza bread sticks they refused to rectify or take the rest of my order back and refund. When i opened my actual pizza the order was entirely incorrect. I would of let this slide on this occasion however their customer service was so dibological that they have lost a customer. I reccomend you use Dominios Bushey.

I have never had a worse experience from Papa Johns than today. My food took 90 minutes to arrive, it arrived cold, and the staff think its okay to lie to customers and put the phone down on them when they ask for a refund. I am flabbergasted that they make enough money to trade if this is how they treat their customers. The worst experience of my life and frankly makes me think Dominos would be better.
