I call the store and i wasnt rude or disrespectful at all,just asked if they could help me with a refund or something like that for the mistake and she immediately said:a refund for a burger that you already ate?,i didn't even ate it ,at this point i just gave up and hung up respectfully.
Poor customer service,lost a good and usual customer.
