Very bad customer service. Discriminate against customers. When the staff heard that my prescription is from a private doctor, she refused to sell me the medication. Its a bank holiday and I need the medication very urgently, so I have to find a private doctor who checked my problem and provide me with the prescription. The doctor emphasises that I need to take the medicine as soon as possible. But the staff in this pharmacy discriminated me with the reason that my prescription is from a private doctor. She said she only sell medication to NHS prescription. I was so disappointed and sad as only a few pharmacies opened on bank holiday but she discriminated me and didnt sell me the medication in the end.

Absolutely shocking service from this place I dont know what has happening but poor customer care and customer service waited 7 days for a prescription for my elderly mother who they treated as though she had dementia there is nothing wrong with her mind will not be using them again for repeat prescriptions

Can never find a prescription. Despite the doctors sending the barcode they still cant find anything. The new staff are incompetent with attitude issues. The rare couple that are still there are the only highlight
