Abell Chemist and Travel Clinic

Unfortunately had to change to another Pharmacy. In the last 4 months, I have never had a complete prescription out of them. I have always had to come back another day or go to another Chemist to get everything I need. The other big issue is waiting times, I have been waiting over an hour (when being told by the staff at the counter the wait is 10 mins) for a prescriptions issued to them days in advance, only to be told (after an hour) that they didn't have it in stock. If the wait is an hour, be honest about it so people can schedule their time or take there prescription elsewhere. They really need to implement a ticket numbering system to ensure that people are served in the correct order. Also get a bigger waiting area, see many older or injured people standing & waiting for 45 mins+ I have given two stars, because I can tell some of the staff are genuinely trying to help, just a poorly run place.

Excellent staff, simply one of a kind that truly up and beyond their call of duty, incredible service from start to finish. Thank you so much to Youssour and the team for delivering such a warm welcoming service to me, truly appreciate it. On top of that, they actually sell energy drinks, flavoured water, snacks, haribos, pringles, oreos, Pukka Teas etc... it is not only a pharmacy, it is also a corner shop too, it is just wow, Abell Team and the pharmacy are truly built different and unique! Now you know I'm coming to this pharmacy to collect my prescription medication and also stop by every time for energy drink or even a breakfast bar from to go alongside my morning coffee on my way to work.

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION FROM HERE. My dad has heart tablets that his life depends on. and they gave the wrong tablets TWICE. The second time we brought it up they were full of attitude. She said oh well its not me that made the mistake. Gave him the COMPLETELY WRONG DESCRIPTION . And THE WRONG ANOUNT. This is so dangerous they also gave completely different tablets inside the box than what was labelled on the box. Which is sad as we have been using this chemist for years.

Will find another pharmacy. My daughter has Crohns and she has had the wrong dosage given, the wrong medication TWICE! And after requesting a repeat prescription, I had to call to ask where it was only to be told they only had a few tablets. Fed up .
