        Terrible customer service. I bought a product from them which evaporated in the bottle. I sent it back for analysis which I had to pay for myself and despite confirming it was thier fault I have not had a refund or a replacement. No one is taking responsibity .Absolute rubbish!

        To be honest, not bad products but it appears Galderma are seriously hampered by their ill fated partnership with the incompetents known as Med FX, who are incapable of providing any form of service of any benefit to clinicians, business owners or patients.

        I m using Soolantra and is the best product in treating rosacea. I have used different products unsuccessfully but this is the best product.
